Abstract

Aut. conc., déc. n° 09-MC-01 du 8 avril 2009 relative à la saisine au fond et à la demande de mesures conservatoires prononcées par la société Solaire Direct Presque deux ans après le prononcé de mesures conservatoires à l'encontre d'EDF (Cons. conc., déc. n° 07-MC-04 du 28 juin 2007), l'Autorité de concurrence poursuit l'œuvre de régulation du Conseil dans le secteur électrique en s'intéressant ici aux énergies renouvelables. En effet, suite à une plainte assortie d'une demande de mesures conservatoires de Solaire Direct en date du 19 mai 2008, elle a enjoint à EDF de mettre fin à une série de pratiques mises en œuvre sur le marché de l'offre de services aux particuliers souhaitant devenir producteurs d'énergie photovoltaïque.
