Abstract

Partout dans le monde, le marché des équipements et services en mobilité est en forte croissance. Le service en mobilité résulte aujourd'hui d'un dispositif complexe mettant en oeuvre de nombreux acteurs. Malgré cette spécificité, le processus d'adoption des services en mobilité n'a fait l'objet que de peu d'études, et encore aujourd'hui les résultats restent parcellaires. Dans ce contexte, nous avons mené une étude de cas centrée sur le lancement de l'iPhone en France. Cette recherche confirme l'importance de deux facteurs d'adoption et diffusion d'innovation de services à forte intensité technologique : la facilité d'utilisation (ease of use) et l'utilité. De plus elle ouvre de nouvelles perspectives sur enjeux des marchés de services mobiles, et tout particulièrement en termes de distribution.
