Abstract

Wouldn't humans be more and more a productive object, and less and less a subject? This book takes stock of research in management sciences and psycho-sociology of work and organizations, but also on management practices in business. He questions the function or profession of leader in order to identify and understand the managerial practices that mobilize intelligence in the workplace within learning organizations.
