Abstract

Les bibliothèques sont amenées à acquérir des logiciels métiers variés ou à en changer selon une périodicité définie. Or, les systèmes d'information documentaires ont subi de profondes mutations au cours de la dernière décennie, parallèlement à l'essor de la documentation électronique et des nouveaux supports, ainsi qu'aux mutations du Web. De nouveaux besoins, outils et services sont apparus. Cet ouvrage apporte des réponses concrètes tant aux questions des diverses étapes d'un projet de réinformatisation à conduire, qu'à celles soulevées par l'offre logicielle actuelle et à venir.
