Abstract

Première région exportatrice de porc, l'Union européenne (UE) opère dans une conjoncture inédite marquée par l'explosion de la demande chinoise et les blocages commerciaux imposés à l'Amérique du Nord. Partant de l'évolution structurelle du commerce international des protéines marquée par la peste porcine africaine, cette conférence explorera notamment la place relative du Canada et de l'UE dans ce contexte en mouvement et examinera le positionnement des États membres de l'UE sur les marchés européens et extérieurs.
