Abstract

This research focuses on the role of networking of SMEs in the deployment of actions related to gender equality in the workplace. The exploratory qualitative study was conducted in a territorial network of organizations, the CREPI Touraine, and has highlighted all the benefits of collaborating on gender equality within the framework of a territorial HRM. The results of the study invite to move from an instrumental vision to a partnership vision to promote this theme.
