Abstract

As the divide between rural areas and large cities continues to widen and the pressure of social, environmental and/or economic crises affects a majority of countries in the world, innovative business models must be imagined. Territorialized circular bioeconomy clusters made up of networks of responsible and sustainable enterprises could constitute the bedrock of food systems capable of revitalizing the rural world.
