Abstract

Les Systèmes d'information coopératifs assistent le travail collectif entre différents types d'individus, unités, entreprises. Quand cette assistance ne se limite pas à de l'échange d'information normalisée mais vise à permettre une coopération basée sur une résolution collective de problème, ces systèmes participent à des activités de gestion des connaissances en constituant, notamment, des " mémoires d'entreprises ". Dans cet ouvrage, nous nous intéressons aux SI Coopératifs Interentreprises, en particulier quand ceux-ci traitent des problématiques de gestion des connaissances. Ces systèmes possèdent des spécificités intrinsèques liées au caractère potentiellement hétérogène des sources d'information, des processus et des savoirs mis en relation et à l'indépendance que les agents souhaitent conserver. Ces spécificités nécessitent la mise en place d'une démarche méthodologique originale -MeDICIS- qui intègre des dimensions organisationnelles pour proposer des méthodes d'ingénierie des connaissances basées sur des modèles conceptuels génériques de coopération adaptés au contexte de l'entreprise étendue.
