Abstract

Après une présentation des problèmes spécifiques et aux pratiques liés au blanchiment, une analyse des acteurs ayant en charge la lutte contre cette délinquance est ici développée. Dans le cadre de la lutte contre le blanchiment d'argent, les établissements financiers rencontrent plusieurs difficultés d'ordre technologique, géopolitique et juridico-financière. Celles-ci peuvent être prises en compte au sein d'un poste particulier des établissements financiers, l'analyste KYC (Know Your Custom), alors qu'il y a de nombreuses contraintes nationales et internationales (3e Directive Européenne) encadrant la lutte contre le blanchiment des fonds illicites.
