Abstract

Face aux injonctions de changement subis par des cadres d'une grande entreprise publique française en mutation, les formes de résistance que ces derniers parviennent à mobiliser sous la pression de dirigeants incapables d'écoute et de négociation s'avèrent très réduites. Quelle alternative reste t-il donc dans ce contexte à ces salariés autre que le désengagement, physique mais surtout psychique, de la sphère professionnelle ? Est-ce là, même si l'on va jusqu'à prendre une posture cynique, un "bon calcul" ? Il nous semble au contraire que tout le monde, salariés comme dirigeants, y perde.
