La LGV Nîmes Barcelone : les avatars d’un projet de ligne transfrontalière

Abstract

Résumé La LGV transfrontalière Nîmes—Barcelone a la particularité d'être réalisée par phases en quatre tronçons différents. L'article analyse les intérêts divergents des acteurs français et espagnols à différentes échelles. Ils ont conduit à l'absence de connexion complète à grande vitesse entre la France et l'Espagne. L'article montre comment ces divergences ne permettent pas d'exploiter la ligne dans les conditions de la grande vitesse, ni à la concession de la partie transfrontalière d'être rentable. Sommaire 1.
