Abstract

Dans une première partie, nous proposons une critique du prêt-à-penser voulant que les recherches en gestion aient pour but de proposer des représentations. La critique se fonde sur les auteurs en ethnographie avec la crise de la représentation, du courant postmoderne et de l'esthétique. Une seconde partie propose pour les sciences de gestion quatre alternatives à la représentation : la mise en mouvement (réflexivité et performativité), les effets de présence et de référence sur des références, un autre partage du sensible et d'autres formes d'écriture.
