Abstract

Contre la compartimentation des savoirs, les vertus de l'interdiscipline sont souvent louées. Pourtant vouloir se situer à l'interférence des disciplines, surtout lorsque celles-ci ont des traditions fort différentes, fait surgir d'intéressantes questions et de redoutables difficultés. Nous prendrons l'exemple de trois tentatives, au carrefour de l'étude des organisations avec les performances, la littérature et l'éthique afin de montrer les possibilités, les problèmes et les interrogations que cela peut susciter. Il s'agira moins de vouloir démontrer que de susciter le débat - l'interdiscipline appelant probablement une certaine polyphonie pour se dire.
