Abstract

Le processus de recrutement engage l'avenir de l'entreprise. La mise en oeuvre des recrutements doit alors s'inscrire dans une stratégie qui permet d'appréhender les contraintes liées aux recrutements et d'en mesurer le coût. Au-delà d'une procédure qui permet à l'entreprise d'optimiser les délais et les coûts de recrutement, nous veillerons également à respecter la législation, très contraignante en France. Dans la mesure où le recrutement aboutit à la conclusion d'un contrat de travail, nous nous intéresserons aux étapes essentielles ainsi qu'aux facteurs clés de succès pour l'organisation.
