Abstract

Plus sans doute que d.ans toute autre région française, les transformations de l'agriculture en Bretagne se sont révélées d'une ampleur considérable depuis la seconde guerre mondiale. Le Morbihan, longtemps tenu pour un département "arriéré", peut, sous bien des aspects, être regardé aujourd'hui comme le symbole de ce mouvement d'intensification, de modernisation, de spécialisation qu'a connu le secteur agricole depuis trente ans, notamment, dans l'Ouest de la France.
