Abstract

L'entrepreneur et ses financeurs ont parfois du mal à se comprendre car ils ne parlent pas le même langage. Leurs modèles de représentation du projet et leurs grilles de lecture de la situation ne convergent pas toujours. En particulier, le business plan n'est pas forcément le meilleur support de communication. On peut néanmoins s'en servir comme point de départ d'une approche itérative permettant de concilier la réalité de l'entrepreneur avec le nécessaire formalisme des représentations chiffrées.
