Abstract

Les opportunités peuvent être découvertes ou construites, suivant deux conceptions qui s'opposent dans la littérature en entrepreneuriat. L'approche positiviste (découverte) est compatible avec une vision, largement dominante, du business plan utilisé comme un outil de prédiction et de planification. L'approche constructiviste s'inscrit davantage dans des avancées récentes du domaine, elle présente notamment une forte compatibilité avec la théorie de l'effectuation. Ces deux approches présentent des limites et des implications particulières quant à l'utilisation et au devenir du business plan.
