Les| fonctions commerciales au cœur de l’évolution des intermédiaires du BtoB ? : Une étude exploratoire

Abstract

Le commerce inter-entreprises est un objet peu étudié par les Sciences de Gestion. Les rares travaux sur le thème semblent s'accorder néanmoins sur un constat d'évolutions notables que vivrait ce secteur d'activité. Ces évolutions peuvent être de nature à impacter la gestion des ressources humaines commerciales et marketing des intermédiaires du commerce interentreprises. C'est à cette thématique que cet article s'attache. Prenant appui sur une grille de lecture issue de la littérature en gestion des ressources humaines, les témoignages de douze acteurs des fonctions commerciales de l'intermédiation BtoB sont analysés. Les auteurs mettent en évidence plusieurs éléments tendant à prouver qu'effectivement ces fonctions accompagnent, certes de manière plus ou moins évidente, les évolutions de leurs entreprises. Ces éléments sont autant de pistes de réflexion pour de futures recherches sur d'autres échantillons d'intermédiaires.
