Abstract

Les théories de la création de valeur et du sucès des firmes en stratégie considèrent principalement la notion d'avantage concurrentiel ou des explications qui viennent de "l'axe d'avantage". Bien qu'utiles, ces approches souffrent de plusieurs problèmes et limitent notre analyse et les recherches sur ce thème, donnant une vision tronquée des sources de différences de performance entre firmes. Nous présentons certaines de ces limites et proposons des possibilités pour mieux prendre en compte le rôle des erreurs organisationnelles dans l'étude de l'hétérogénéité des performances des firmes. L'ajout de cette dimension permet d'avoir un cadre de réflexion théorique plus complet dont nous présentons quelques pistes.
