L'apport d'une réflexion Lean dans les démarches de centralisation de services supports

Abstract

Les premiers processus retenus pour une centralisation sont ceux qui se prêtent facilement à la standardisation, c'est-à-dire les processus administratifs à faible valeur ajoutée mais à fort volume d'opérations : comptabilité, paie… Les activités qui les composent peuvent être facilement décrites dans des procédures et leur exécution est généralement répétitive.Du fait de ces similitudes avec des processus industriels, ce sont ces mêmes processus qui ont permis aux méthodes de « lean manufacturing » de sortir de l'atelier et de trouver des applications dans le monde des « cols blancs » sous le nom de « lean office ». Dès lors qu'il s'agit des mêmes processus, ne serait-il pas intéressant d'intégrer systématiquement une réflexion lean à tout projet de mutualisation/externalisation ?
