La cogestion allemande. Un révélateur des structures du capitalisme allemand

Abstract

La cogestion allemande va à l'encontre du paradigme capitaliste selon lequel seuls les propriétaires du capital peuvent légitimement prendre des décisions pour l'entreprise qu'ils possèdent. Cette cogestion couvre deux réalités. La cogestion d'établissement offre une grande place aux syndicats dans la gestion des questions sociales ; elle fait consensus, à la différence de la cogestion d'entreprise, accusée, entre autres, de leur donner un trop grand pouvoir. Notre économie connaît depuis une quinzaine d'an-nées une remise en cause qui a été encore renforcée par la crise financière de septembre 2008 dont nous ne parvenons pas à sortir. Un des principaux reproches faits au capitalisme contemporain est le pouvoir excessif qu'auraient pris les actionnaires dans la gouvernance de l'entreprise face à des contre-pouvoirs de plus en plus faibles. Le modèle de cogestion des entreprises allemandes constitue une alternative intéressante au modèle capitaliste actuel puisqu'il donne justement aux salariés un pouvoir sur la gouvernance de l'entreprise.
