Abstract

Les guerres et les conflits ont toujours été des moments privilégiés pour la création des organisations non gouvernementales, dans une perspective fondamentalement humanitaire. Le Comité International de la Croix-Rouge, la grande doyenne, Economists for Peace Research, organisation à la recherche des variables économiques susceptibles de favoriser la paix et la sécurité, Médecins sans frontière, qui s'est dégagé de la Croix-Rouge pour informer le monde des effets de la guerre, Médecins du Monde, qui s'est séparé de Médecins sans Frontières pour revendiquer le droit d'ingérence, Enfants réfugiés du Monde, Survival International, ou Amnesty International se proposent de lutter contre les affres des conflits.
