Abstract

"OBJECTIFS DE L'ÉTUDE Gagner en productivité, innover, dégager davantage de valeur ajoutée, mobiliser les personnes autour d'objectifs ambitieux, telles sont les préoccupations majeures de toute entreprise qui vise la performance. Et la performance globale ne peut exister sans performance managériale effective. Cette performance managériale est un élément déterminant et doit en permanence être identifiée, formalisée, encouragée, évaluée et valorisée à sa juste mesure. Dans ce contexte, l'étude s'est donnée pour objectifs de répondre aux questions suivantes : - A quel degré et comment la fonction managériale contribue-t-elle à la performance de l'entreprise ? - La performance managériale peut-elle se mesurer et si oui, comment ? - Comment l'améliorer et la valoriser ?"
