Abstract

Ce livre a pour objectif d'accompagner les personnes qui envisagent d'entreprendre, quel que soit leur projet. Articulé autour de la notion de processus et axé sur les principales situations entrepreneuriales, il analyse en profondeur les thèmes suivants : - profil et caractéristiques de l'entrepreneur - innovation et création de valeur - création d'entreprise et d'activité - reprise d'entreprise, croissance et transition - intrapreneuriat - internationalisation de l'entreprise Bâti à partir de très nombreux cas réels et largement testé en formation, Entrepreneuriat est destiné aux étudiants en sciences de gestion des universités, des écoles de commerce et des écoles d'ingénieur, ainsi qu'aux enseignants, entrepreneurs, consultants, cadres et dirigeants d'entreprise, qui souhaitent devenir acteurs de la création d'entreprise.The main objective of this book is to nurture and help in a pragmatic way all the people who would like to think and act as an entrepreneur. It aims to support their initiatives in most entrepreneurial situations such as new venture creation, acquiring and developing existing businesses, intrapreneuring, etc. Deeply based on the notion of entrepreneurial process the book provides conceptual and illustrated analysis structured around the following topics: - Profiles and characteristics of entrepreneurs - Nature and features of entrepreneurial situations - Coherence and fits within the entrepreneurial system including mainly the individual (or the team) and the potentiality of new value creation - Innovation and creation of new value - Creation of new firms and new businesses - Acquisition and development of on going businesses - Growth management and entrepreneurial strategies - Corporate entrepreneurship - Internationalisation of new firms Including numerous case studies and illustrations from the real world, this book is targeting students in most academic disciplines, professors, entrepreneurs, consultants and managers who wish to become or remain active in the field of entrepreneurship.
