Abstract

Les textes sur la gestion de la diversité réunis dans cet ouvrage sont le résultat de la collaboration d'un groupe de chercheurs internationaux associés à la Chaire Management, Diversités et Cohésion sociale de l'Université Paris-Dauphine. C'est le second des deux volumes que nous publions simultanément dans cette collection sur les questions de management et de diversité. Celui-ci met l'accent sur un certain nombre de questions centrales concernant la gestion des différences, et l'avenir politique de ces questions. Ces questions anciennes et nouvelles, voire émergentes, sont analysées et mises en perspective. Comme pour le premier ouvrage, le souci est bien ici de bâtir une solidarité entre les différences par-delà les frontières nationales et les catégories; et ce, en vue de renforcer l'égalité des droits et de promouvoir l'équité et la justice sociale.Les thématiques choisies et présentées ici apparaissent centrales pour le champ de la gestion de la diversité.
