Abstract

Très usité dans les recherches francophones, le concept de compétence collective ne se retrouve que très peu dans la recherche anglo-saxonne, et semble peu repris par les dirigeants ou les cabinets de conseil. Dans un contexte non plus national mais global, que faire pour trouver ou retrouver le lien entre compétence collective et performance ? L'objet de cette communication est de contribuer à l'étude de cette question en considérant aussi bien des recherches francophones et anglophones que des observations empiriques directes ou indirectes. Sur la base de ces observations, nous proposerons d'enrichir la modélisation de ce concept par de nouveaux axes d'analyse le reliant à la performance
