Opérationnalisation de la Responsabilité Sociétale au travers de la norme ISO 26000 : quel discours 2.0 sur le bien-être ?

Abstract

La Responsabilité Sociétale (RS) porte la contribution des organisations au Développement Durable. Si la RS peine à rassembler les chercheurs autour d'une définition universelle, le concept de bien-être en est l'élément central. L'ISO 26000 porte la RS à l'échelle internationale et soutient son opérationnalisation. L'étude s'appuie sur une analyse de contenu pour questionner l'opérationnalisation de la RS au travers de l'ISO 26000. Si l'ISO 26000 considère effectivement le bien-être, ses considérations sont plurielles et déséquilibrées. Basé sur une observation discursive 2.0, l'ISO 26000 témoigne du concept de bien-être dans la contextualisation mais pas dans l'opérationnalité.
