Abstract

Georg von Krogh est connu pour ses travaux portant sur la création organisationnelle de connaissance vue comme pratique sociale. Cette question s'intègre dans le champ du management de l'innovation et von Krogh s'intéresse notamment au développement du logiciel libre (LL). Ses premiers travaux avec Nonaka sont axés sur la création et la conversion de connaissances. Il les a élargis par la suite vers une analyse des interactions, de la pratique sociale et de la motivation des acteurs de l'innovation. Ses recherches fortement ancrées empiriquement dans des secteurs technologiques variés tels que le LL ou encore les biotechnologies, lui permettent de régulièrement confronter ses modèles au réel et de les faire évoluer continuellement.
