Abstract

La créativité, c'est l'application de l'imagination humaine pour obtenir une réalisation concrète, qui conduit à la création d'innovation, et à remodeler l'ensemble des produits que nous consommons. L'activité créative transforme à la fois nos modes de vie, notre organisation de travail, nos loisirs et la structure de nos cités. Une innovation en entraîne une autre, la créativité est cumulative. La gestion de la créativité prend le relais de la gestion des connaissances et modifie la structure organisationnelle des entreprises. Certains environnements économiques, certains pays, sont plus efficients que d'autres pour produire des innovations, grâce à une meilleure stimulation de la recherche, grâce à une culture de l'innovation qui se diffuse à tous les niveaux de la société.
