Abstract

L'objectif de cet article est de comprendre comment se construisent les compétences pendant la naissance d'un écosystème d'affaires (ESA). Ce concept d'ESA permet de choisir le niveau interorganisationnel pour répondre à cette question et d'envisager la construction de compétences comme le fruit d'un collectif d'acteurs en situation de coopétition. L'étude d'un cas portant sur la technologie NFC souligne le rôle clé des compétences écosystémiques pendant la naissance de cet ESA. Elle dégage trois types de résultats portant sur les types de compétences à l'oeuvre, le rôle des projets d'expérimentation dans cette dynamique et les formes de pilotage de ces compétences.
