Abstract

Le gaspillage alimentaire apparaît comme une aberration économique, et pour beaucoup, un scandale moral. Pour lutter contre celui-ci, entreprises ou associations ont développé des applications mobiles. Cette recherche vise à identifier les valeurs attendues d'une application mobile anti-gaspillage (qui offre des promotions de dates courtes) et d'en mesurer leurs impacts sur l'intention d'avoir recours à cet outil technologique. La comparaison entre deux émetteurs de l'application mobile, enseigne de distribution ou association, est conduite. La sensibilité au gaspillage, le scepticisme vis-à-vis de l'entreprise et l'intrusivité perçue de ce dispositif sont également introduits. Une enquête quantitative a été réalisée auprès de 157 répondants. Les résultats de cette étude sont présentés ici ainsi que les implications de cette recherche.
