Abstract

Un projet innovant est plus risqué qu'un projet dit ‘classique'. Son accompagnement est plus exigeant, il nécessite des compétences spécifiques et pointues et il est suivi par des structures d'accompagnement généralistes et/ou spécialistes à l'innovation selon ses besoins. Ce document présente l'innovation élargie, une notion plus « large » que l'innovation technologique et ses différentes dimensions (selon la nature d'innovation, l'objet d'innovation et l'intensité d'innovation) pour mieux accompagner les projets innovants. Il présente également les spécificités de ces projets et l'introduction de la méthode Noov'LR sur la caractérisation de l'innovation élargie. Le but de ce livre est de présenter les spécificités de l'accompagnement des projets innovants et les outils qui existent pour mieux répondre aux problématiques liées à l'innovation.
