Abstract

This article analyzes the practice of intervention-research (IR) in Management. Our field is about the study of two IR based on the implementation of Corporate Social Responsibility approaches, according to ISO 26000. We propose an analysis grid of the interactive (vectors) and cognitive (outputs) mechanisms of fertilization in IR, for researchers and managers. This allows us to propose a fertilization prototypes typology of IR, in order to help the driving of future projects, by supporting cross-fertilization, identified as a criterion of success of IR.
