Abstract

Sous quelles conditions les données comptables de gestion deviennent-elles des connaissances actionnées par le dirigeant de PE ? Pour répondre à cette question, une étude de cas a été réalisée auprès d'un expert-comptable et dix de ses clients. L'étude montre que la co-construction des connaissances est possible grâce aux efforts pédagogiques que l'expert-comptable réalise pour éviter ou expliquer les termes techniques, à la connaissance intime qu'il a de l'activité de son client, et à la relation de confiance tissée dans le temps. Elle montre que cette co-construction est support d'innovations managériales sous forme d'outils et d'indicateurs propres à aider l'action du dirigeant de PE.
