Le bonheur au travail : un exemple de mauvaise foi managériale ?

Abstract

L'idée du bonheur au travail traverse depuis quelques années la pensée managériale. S'agit-il d'une réelle innovation ou n'y a-t-il pas derrière l'association de ces deux mots : « bonheur » et « travail », une erreur d'appréciation qui chercherait à rendre compatibles des concepts inconciliables pour produire une idée fictive et finalement aussi impensable que celle d'un cercle carré ? Mais ne s'agit-il que d'une erreur ? Ne faut-il pas voir derrière une analyse conceptuelle insuffisante, une forme de mauvaise foi, un mensonge à soi-même bien commode, car il nous empêche de regarder la vérité du travail en face ? Cette « mode » du bonheur au travail ne révèle-t-elle pas le rapport problématique de certains managers à la vérité, ainsi qu'une certaine vérité du management ?
