Abstract

L'objectif de cette recherche est de tenter d'apporter des éléments sur le contenu de la fidélité organisationnelle des bénévoles ainsi que sur les frontières de ce concept. A cet effet, nous avons réalisé une étude exploratoire portant sur deux associations à caractère solidaire : Artisans du Monde et la Croix-Rouge. Vingt deux entretiens semi-directifs ont été menés. A partir de leur analyse, trois dimensions de la fidélité organisationnelle ont émergé ainsi que des frontières spécifiques. Par la suite, une classification des bénévoles a été mise au point en fonction des profils de fidélité identifiés. Ensuite, des pistes de recommandations managériales sont proposées grâce à la mobilisation de techniques issues du marketing RH.
