Abstract

Fidéliser la clientèle touristique constitue une priorité pour chaque destination désireused'accroitre sa compétitivité. Mais l'intensification de la concurrence, liée à une offre touristique riche et diversifiée, amène les destinations à repenser leur stratégie de fidélisation. C'est dans ce contexte d'effervescence que cette recherche s'interroge sur le rôle de l'hospitalité de la population locale dans la fidélisation des touristes. Les résultats d'une enquête en ligne, menée auprès de 300 touristes, révèlent l'effet positif de l'hospitalité perçue de la population locale sur l'intention de fidélité à une destination touristique.
