Abstract

El escenario político-económico inspirado en el pensamiento liberal que se instala a inicios de la década de genera las condiciones para la emergencia de un nuevo modelo de producción agropecuario basado en la lógica de los agronegocios. Este modelo se diferencia del anterior en, al menos, tres aspectos: los actores que lo ejecutan, los objetos técnicos utilizados y la relación que mantiene con los territorios de producción.
