La réussite de carrière entrepreneuriale des femmes

Abstract

La réussite des entrepreneurs est traditionnellement associée à la performance des entreprises et, selon cette définition, les entreprises détenues par des femmes sont moins performantes que celles des hommes. Notre étude basée sur dix études de cas de femmes entrepreneures propose de se distancer des approches classiques qui s'appuient sur des éléments objectifs afin d'examiner les perceptions que les femmes ont de leur réussite de carrière entrepreneuriale (RCE). Les résultats de la recherche proposent donc une définition de la RCE qui permet d'ouvrir de nouvelles voies à la définition de la réussite des femmes entrepreneures.
