Abstract

Cette contribution propose de traiter la question liée aux choix stratégiques des organisations hybrides grâce à une analyse fine de leurs business models. Il s'agit de comprendre la façon dont des entreprises appartenant à un champ hybride arrivent à se positionner au sein de leur secteur en fonction de leurs finalités. Sur le plan empirique, cette recherche étudie trois cas de sociétés de services issus d'une classification quantitative et se caractérisant par des stratégies distinctes. Trois business models différents ont ainsi été analysés : axé sur le capital humain, axé sur l'image sociale et axé sur le marketing. Les résultats de cette recherche relativisent les hypothèses traditionnelles postulant pour une prégnance de l'environnement et modèrent ainsi son impact sur l'évolution des business models.
