Abstract

L'article montre qu'afin de proposer une prise en charge de qualité aux proches aidants de personnes âgées dépendantes, différents niveaux d'intervention sont à structurer, qui impliquent la coordination de différents acteurs et instruments. Le niveau opérationnel -– celui de la conception de plans personnalisés – nécessite une instrumentation dédiée permettant au travailleur social de mieux cerner les besoins, de les hiérarchiser et d'élaborer ensuite les compromis entre toutes les parties prenantes. La gouvernance territoriale permettant d'organiser le déploiement adapté de cette politique publique constitue aujourd'hui une perspective de renouvellement et de décloisonnement nécessaire des différents secteurs impliqués.
