Abstract

Cet article rend compte d'une recherche-action visant à étudier la faisabilité et l'acceptabilité des politiques de relocalisation prônées pour réduire la vulnérabilité des territoires littoraux face à la montée du niveau de la mer. Les options innovantes de mise en œuvre proposées conduisent à penser le projet de relocalisation comme une opportunité de recomposition territoriale, favorable au maintien de la qualité de vie et de l'attractivité territoriale. Ces modalités de mise en œuvre obligent à s'interroger sur les dispositifs de gouvernance, du point de vue du pilotage et de la participation, afin de renforcer l'acceptabilité de ces opérations.
