Abstract

Cette recherche à visée exploratoire, s'intéresse aux pratiques de la responsabilité sociétale des entreprises (RSE) introduites par l'acquéreur d'une PME. Son objectif est d'identifier les pratiques de RSE mises en place par le nouveau dirigeant, ainsi que leur impact sur sa légitimité. Les premiers résultats obtenus auprès de trois transferts de PME permettent de cerner les différentes traductions des trois volets de la RSE (social, sociétal, environnemental), en matière de stratégies et de pratiques managériales. Ce travail permet également de rendre compte du rôle que peut jouer la RSE comme levier de légitimité pour l'acquéreur d'une PME à travers l'amélioration de ses compétences relationnelles et la mise en place de nouveaux projets déterminants aux yeux des parties prenantes.
