Abstract

Les recherches sur les stratégies coopetitives des PME ne traitent pas du problème de leur management alors que celui-ci semble essentiel. Cette étude propose d'étudier le management de la coopetition en analysant le cas des PME vitivinicoles du Pic-Saint-Loup. Les résultats montrent que ces PME coopèrent au sein d'un syndicat tout en étant en concurrence directe. Cette simultanéité est rendue possible par la séparation formelle des activités coopératives et concurrentielles. Les résultats montrent que ce sont les dirigeants de PME qui intègrent le management des deux dimensions. Leur capacité d'intégration du paradoxe coopetitif est alors essentielle pour la réussite de la stratégie de coopetition.
