Abstract

Le Changement Climatique (CC) est un enjeu majeur de notre siècle. La maîtrise des contraintes des émissions de Gaz à Effets de Serre (GES) de par la transformation en opportunités, dans une organisation de hausse de la production industrielle, est devenue une nécessité. La raison principale de cette adoption résidait dans l'efficacitéde la maitrise de l'énergie et des articulations responsables qui s'élaborent afin de déterminer les enjeux et les opportunités de la finance carbone pour les organisations. A quelques mois de la conférence de Paris 2015 (COP21) qui se tiendra en décembre 2015, cet article se propose d'analyser et d'étudier la performance de la Finance Carbone à l'épreuve du Management Responsable. Nous développerons notre méthodologie quantitative adoptée pour l'étude économétrique concernant les entreprises de l'EU Emissions Trading Scheme (EU ETS) pour les deux phases [Phase I : 2005-2007 et Phase II : 2008-2012]. La complexité croissante des défis du Changement Climatique (CC) induit une visionsystémique des entreprises de l'EU ETS et un cadrage macroéconomique des enjeux environnementaux
