Abstract

L'examen minutieux de l'élaboration d'une stratégie, en TPE, permet de concevoir le principe d'« innovation ». En effet, son fonctionnement, centralisé, oblige à tenir compte des pensées, des visions et du rôle de l'entrepreneur dans chacune des phases de cette construction. L'environnement instable dans lequel vivent les entreprises depuis plus de trois décennies, demande une grande souplesse managériale. Ainsi, alors même que le cheminement stratégique semble suivre un plan défini en amont, sa réalisation surprend par l'importance donnée aux initiatives et aux actes d'apprentissage. Dans ces conditions, peut-on envisager que l'innovation soit pérenne ? La réponse à cette question dépendra du projet imaginé par le dirigeant et de sa motivation à dynamiser le cadre vertueux de sa réalisation.
