Abstract

Crise de production, signe d'une pénurie alimentaire mondiale, crise spéculative… Différentes analyses (parfois contradictoires) ont été faites de la crise alimentaire de 2008 en Afrique de l'Ouest. Cet article revient sur les facteurs de hausse des prix et plaide en faveur de systèmes alimentaires durables pour que la région ne soit pas confrontée à une nouvelle crise.
