Abstract

Pour mieux tenir compte de l'hétérogénéité des consommateurs âgés, cette recherche propose une échelle de mesure de la pression temporelle ultime : disposition psychologique se manifestant par la conscience d'un temps restant à vivre limité par le rapprochement de l'échéance ultime et les réactions affectives l'accompagnant. Une étude qualitative nous permet de distinguer 3 dimensions (cognitive, affective positive, affective négative) et de générer des items. Suite à des analyses factorielles (3 échantillons ; 724 retraités), nous obtenons une échelle (11 items ; 3 dimensions) aux propriétés psychométriques satisfaisantes. Son influence sur les motivations au bénévolat montre son utilité en marketing social.
