Abstract

La Responsabilité Sociale des Entreprises (RSE) multinationales occidentales a-t-elle réellement un impact significatif dans les pays émergents ? Cet article vise à comprendre les actions RSE des multinationales françaises dans le contexte du processus de paix en Colombie. Nous avons étudié les cas de 21 entreprises multinationales françaises installées en Colombie, à travers des entretiens semi- directifs et des données secondaires. Les cas ont été comparés à l'aide de la méthode QCA. Les résultats montrent la persistance d'un calcul coût/bénéfice, mais aussi de réels efforts d'intégration des parties prenantes à travers un panel d'actions. L'impact des pratiques RSE est plus ou moins significatif selon les entreprises.
