Abstract

La question de la gouvernance des Etablissements Publics Locaux d'Enseignement » Catherine Maman Maître de conférences UPEM Cette communication se propose d'explorer la thématique de l' « Autonomie et du contrôle » au sein des EPLE. Elle convoquera dans un premier volet les principaux éléments qui sont débattus aujourd'hui sur ce sujet au sein du milieu scolaire avant de présenter un éclairage à partir de la littérature managériale et sociale. Enfin, un troisième volet synthétisera les principales questions soulevées par ces nouvelles formes de management des EPLE.
